Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Co-Founder, this role involves troubleshooting hardware issues on deployed units, designing PCBAs and developing firmware.</div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Troubleshooting and redesigning electrical and embedded subsystems in the current and next generation Burro robots </li><li>Building prototypes, debugging and repairing test systems, and supporting products in field</li><li>Working with an interdisciplinary team to execute product designs from concept to production including design, prototyping, validation and testing</li><li>Managing product development timeline</li><li>Producing PCBAs’ and wiring diagrams suitable for manufacturing</li><div><br></div></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>BS/MS in electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science</li><li>1-3 years of experience in embedded systems development, with a proven track record of delivering successful products that make customers happy.</li><li>Solid embedded hardware and software debugging skills.
