The Opportunity

As a Process Developer, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing our global Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. You will help standardize and improve our Shared Services Center (SSC) operations, ensuring best-in-class efficiency, quality, and control. Your expertise will contribute to building future-proof financial processes that support our rapid global expansion.


The Responsibilities

Drive Excellence & Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead the development and enhancement of global L2C and P2P processes for Accounting Operations within SSCs.
  • Streamline and standardize process documentation to ensure clarity and efficiency.
  • Support business teams with process-related tasks and best practices.
  • Foster collaboration with regional finance teams, CFOs, and Shared Services partners to optimize service delivery.
  • Monitor and drive service delivery KPIs, budget adherence, SLA compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to align procedures with industry benchmarks.

Innovation & Automation:

  • Develop and implement structured processes with clear ownership, responsibilities, and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with Digital Finance teams to drive automation and digital transformation of L2C and P2P processes.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering short-term wins while contributing to long-term strategic goals.

Skills & Expertise:

  • A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable within an international or shared services environment.
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles and finance process development.
  • Proficiency with Readsoft, Mediusflow, Workday, SAP, VIM, and Visio.
  • Experience in process development, flowchart mapping, and driving efficiency improvements.
  • Background in Continuous Process Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) is a plus.
