Job Description
RTS is seeking a Sales Manager - Indirect Channels to drive growth through indirect sales channels across North America. This role will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to expand RTS’s market presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record in channel sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategy to grow RTS’s indirect sales channels in North America.
- Identify, recruit, and manage partnerships with resellers, distributors, and other indirect sales partners.
- Drive revenue growth through channel partners by providing training, support, and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure partners have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize channel sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in indirect sales, channel sales, or business development, preferably in the waste management, logistics, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of managing channel partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support partners and drive business growth.

Salary range: Base pay $90,000 - $110,000
