Pledge makes it simple for businesses of every size to understand and manage the climate impact of their products. By providing tools and infrastructure, we automate the delivery of climate solutions - such as footprint measurement, reduction and offsetting - into customer journeys.

We're on a mission to make businesses climate aware and help accelerate their transition to net zero. Pledge was founded in 2021 by early employees of Revolut and the co-founder of Freetrade.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Pledge’s first internal recruiter you'll play a defining role in building out our talent acquisition function. We are looking for proactive and passionate people who are looking to build end-to-end processes which are ready to scale. You'll work in close collaboration with the founders, our People Partner as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Recruit exceptional candidates to join Pledge’s mission of raising awareness about climate change and supporting businesses on their net zero transition
• Design and implement extremely efficient recruitment processes, from scratch
• Owning the full cycle recruiting process for Ops hires including sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates
• Develop and refine the interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience
• Promote Pledge’s employer brand through attending industry and recruiting events

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Passion for recruitment and high growth companies with curiosity and proactiveness to grow
• Ability to keep candidates and interview teams on the same page throughout the hiring process
• Self-motivated and exceptionally organised; demonstrating ability to plan, prioritise and execute
• Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
• Strong sense of teamwork with high personal accountability
• Experience working at an early stage startup, high growth or large tech company
