We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Staff Technical Recruiter to join our team. This full-cycle recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process for technical searches and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
What you will be doing:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex technical roles (Software, Hardware, Embedded, Systems)
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the process to align on hiring needs and provide education on our processes
- Maintain pipeline activity and share regular updates with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity
- Utilize our ATS (Jobvite) to manage requisitions and track candidate progress
- Conduct intake meetings, coordinate interviews, and screen candidates
- Manage the offer process, including negotiations, extending offers, and closing candidates
- Track and report recruiting metrics to optimize processes and outcomes
- Participate in additional TA projects as needed
Who you are and what you bring:
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in a technical or human resources field.
- 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical fields.
- Expertise in sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates.
- Strong focus on candidate care, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
- Proven ability to leverage data and metrics to assess and enhance the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools, ATS (e.g., Jobvite), and data reporting.
- Experience building and nurturing relationships with internal leadership.
- Strong influencing skills and a results-driven mindset.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and dependability.
- Ability to deliver results and take accountability for your work.
