You will monitor, control and operate the production facilities independently, taking into account the work instructions and safety guidelines.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing our system in the research line.
You will ensure the trouble-free operation of machines and systems and rectify any faults that occur
You keep logs of production data, maintenance work and faults
You actively contribute ideas and can improve the systems and production processes.
Maintenance, servicing and cleaning of the systems are also part of your tasks.
You help other team members when support is needed on other systems.
We will decide together with you whether to use mechanical or wet-chemical systems, depending on your skills and interests.
Your profile
You have completed technical training, e.g. as an electronics technician in industrial engineering / mechatronics technician / industrial mechanic / automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or as a chemical technician (m/f/d) or chemical production specialist.
You have knowledge in the operation and monitoring of (pilot) plants.
Ideally, you have already worked on a production line.
You are willing to get to know new systems.
You work independently, carefully and are safety-conscious.
You are reliable, a team player and have good communication skills.
Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage.
You have an understanding of safety regulations and practices when handling chemical substances and equipment
