Schedule will be adjusted to accommodate student’s summer vacation.  </li></ul><ul><li>A part-time or co-op arrangement may be possible during the Spring/Fall 2024 academic terms. </li></ul><ul><li>Interns will individually work under the direction of their managers.  </li></ul><ul><li>Hourly-based, paid internship, approximately 40 hours per week during the summer. </li></ul><ul><li>At the completion of the program, the intern may be evaluated and considered for possible future full-time employment upon graduation. </li></ul>Internship Description:  <ul><li>As an electrical design engineering intern on our “PV &amp; BESS” team, gain knowledge in PV solar and energy storage system components including modules, racking, inverters, and Balance of Systems.  </li></ul><ul><li>Gain skill in specialized software tools including AutoCAD.   </li></ul><ul><li>Support the creation of detailed electrical plan sets and engineering design documents for utility-scale renewable energy projects.  </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, and codes. </li></ul><ul><li>Work under the direction of full-time staff. </li></ul><ul><li>Perform essential duties including meeting deliverables and deadlines.  </li></ul><ul><li>Perform additional duties as assigned or directed.  </li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities: <ul><li>Minimum 60 semester hours completed in an ABET-accredited electrical engineering program.  </li></ul><ul><li>Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate-level program with a minimum GPA of 3.2/4. </li></ul><ul><li>Must demonstrate knowledge of electrical or power engineering concepts and theories.  </li></ul><ul><li>Previously demonstrated coursework or internships utilizing AutoCAD software suite.  </li></ul><ul><li>Coursework or prior internship experience in solar/renewable energy technology is desirable.  </li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. </li></ul><ul><li>Efficient time management – must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently, including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet all deadlines. </li></ul>Disclaimer All offers of employment with Revamp Engineering Inc. are contingent on the completion of a background check.
