What are we looking for We are seeking an experienced and driven Procurement Manager to lead a £35 million annual spend across a broad and complex base of over 200 suppliers. This is a pivotal role within our organisation as we scale up operations, modernise processes, and enhance value delivery across all direct product categories. You’ll also lead and develop a team of two Buyers in what is a strategically important and fast-evolving part of our business. Reporting to the Procurement Director, you will be accountable for all aspects of direct product procurement including machining, electrical items, fabrications, vessels, electrolyser components, and hardware spend ensuring robust supplier management, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. You’ll act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders across the business, while also being hands-on in shaping sourcing decisions and process improvements in a growing, high-change environment. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role during a period of significant transformation.
