The candidate will be involved in the day- to-day running of the department including:
Corporate tasks (drafting minutes of the Board of Directors, Shareholders Agreements, drawing up and approval of annual accounts etc), including arrangements with the Public Notary and Companies House;
NDA review;
Supporting in the drafting, negotiating and formalization of all kind of agreements (EPC Agreement, O&M Agreements, Supply agreements etc);
Due Diligence and Red Flag Reports;
Support to restructuring process and change of ownership etc.

What we’re looking for:
Degree in Law or at least studying the last year of such degree.
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Fluent in English;
High level of Microsoft Word and Excel;
Proactive self-starter capable of working both independently and in a team;
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Proactivity, teamwork attitude and exceptional professionalism and work ethic;
Strong business judgement and common sense;
Willing to learn about corporate matters, contracting and deal with Public Administrations, all in relation with renewable energy projects.
