Job Description

Quality system implementation

Auditing management for ISO 9000 business compliance

Create manual and procedures and SOP for the whole organization to support ISO certification

Customer’s and supplier’s interface to monitor quality system health

Establishing metrics to measure quality, CI and EH&S

Provide internal training to crate internal auditors and sustain a culture of CI

Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment

Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards

Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

Working according to deadlines for the delivery of conforming products

Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods

Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct

Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards

Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems

Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.

Collaborate with the upper management team to set quality benchmarks

Create standards in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations

Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are met at all times

Execute tests to check final product adherence to the company standards

Record findings and relay this information to the production team

Brainstorm ideas to increase productivity and performance of the production line while maintaining accuracy in quality

Make crucial decisions in favor of cost-efficiency without compromising on quality

Oversee production to ensure conformity in final product processing

Supervising staff and monitoring production standards.

Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.

Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes.

Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality.

Rejecting products that fail quality standards.

Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback.

Producing statistical reports on quality standards.

Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.

Evaluating product recalls.

Improving production efficiency and managing waste.

Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes

Devise and review specifications for products or processes

Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance

Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations

Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback

Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards

Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements

Approve the right products or reject defectives

Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis

Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met

Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives

Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures

Analyzing company processes and procedures.

Developing process enhancement strategies.

Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.

Establishing norms and standards of company performance.

Monitoring staff performance and organizational processes.

Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction.

Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management.

Managing staff cohorts and teams of various sizes.

Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.

Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization.

 

Job Requirements:

Prior experience as a quality manager or senior quality engineer in a production processing environment

Familiar with company and industry quality standards and processes

Proficient in computer technology and systems

Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Able to positively influence others

Great team player with strong interpersonal skills

Degree in Engineering or relevant field.

Quality control certification advantageous.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Data analysis and statistical aptitude.

Good interpersonal skills.

Highly conscientious and diligent.

Five years' experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.

A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures.

A strategic and analytical mindset.

An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills.

A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.

Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Leadership and mentoring skills.
