This includes scheduling interviews, performing screening interviews, coordinating with candidates, managing on-site interviews, delivering an excellent candidate experience, preparing data reporting, and providing administrative support to enhance the recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.   Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews through Greenhouse ATS between candidates and interview teams/hiring managers, ensuring timely and smooth communication throughout the process </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates regarding interview schedules, job status, and other relevant details </li><li>Handle internal posting of promotional opportunities and dissemination of information on these open roles to the workforce to raise awareness </li><li>Assist with posting job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company career pages </li><li>Conducting screening interviews for selected openings </li><li>Pulling data reports for recruiting KPIs </li><li>Update and maintain candidate information within the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data management </li><li>Support the onboarding process for new hires, including assistance with preparing offers, completing reference checks, background checks, and paperwork </li><li>Assist in compiling and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports, such as interview-to-hire ratios and time-to-fill statistics </li><li>Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, understand job requirements, assist with candidate shortlisting, and provide updates on recruitment progress </li><li>Manage on-site interviews, including checking in candidates, setting them up for presentations, interviews and events, and ensuring they have an excellent candidate experience </li><li>Assist with recruitment events, job fairs, and company networking events </li><li>Serve as an ambassador of the employer brand and build trust, excitement and interest in employment with Electra </li><li>Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team, including handling resumes, preparing recruitment materials, and managing email communications </li><li>Serve as backup for front desk coverage as needed </li><li>Read, understand, and comply with all workplace health and safety policies, safe work practices, and company policies and procedures </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor </li></ul> What we need you to bring to the team (Requirements):  <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required) </li><li>At least 4 years of experience in recruitment coordination </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members </li><li>Strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and the capacity to meet deadlines </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong skills utilizing </li><li>Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software. </li><li>Ability to handle scheduling conflicts and other unforeseen challenges efficiently and professionally </li><li>Ability to work mostly autonomously with little instruction on daily work </li><li>Accountable for quality and timeliness of own deliverables </li><li>Collaborative with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment </li></ul> What we want you to bring to the team (Preferred):   <ul><li>Preferred 6 years of experience in recruitment coordination </li><li>Previous experience working with executive leadership </li><li>Expert level skills with Greenhouse ATS </li></ul> Compensation:   The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $29.00-$32.00 hourly and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.   Benefits For You:  <ul><li>100% paid premiums across all medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, short-term disability, long-term disability, and basic life insurance plans </li><li>$1,800 in annual employer HSA contributions (health savings account)  </li></ul>  Benefits For Your Family:  <ul><li>100% paid premiums across all medical, dental, vision, and telemedicine plans </li><li>$3,600 in annual employer HSA contributions (health savings account)  </li><li>12 weeks of paid parental leave </li></ul>
