The Role

As the Launch Associate for North America, you will help launch additional markets for us and take full responsibility for making it a success. We are currently in five North American markets and plan to 3-4x our presence in the next 12 months.

This role requires a combination of operational discipline, savvy analytics, strategic thinking, strong execution and the interpersonal ability to work with teams from across the business. Zoomo is a fast-growing business and we are looking for a highly adaptable candidate who is able to switch between long-term strategic initiatives one moment and pivot into rapid, tactical actions the next.

You will be working alongside our Launch Manager, Head of International Expansion, central functional teams, and your fellow Launch Associates around the world. You will work directly for the Launch Manager, but given autonomy to make each market a success!

You will be building the bike as you ride, but don’t worry, you will have a close-knit US team as your training wheels.

Requirements

About you

• 2+ years of operations, consulting, or strategy experience at a fast growing company.
• You have a track record of excellence everywhere you’ve been. Your previous employers would vouch that you’re consistently a top performer.
• You’re energized by the opportunity to blaze a new path and help shape the future of the business.
• You’re excited to travel to new markets and work directly with teams on the ground (traveling is required)
• You’re a team player and realize that success relies on your ability to build bridges and work cross functionally.
• You’re comfortable at any altitude and take pride in everything you do. It doesn’t matter if you’re sitting in a workshop to learn how we can change tires faster or crushing a presentation for a global enterprise partner.
• You're no stranger to a fast-paced environment. You’ve worked at a company in scale mode before and wouldn’t want it any other way.
