OUR BUSINESS

We deliver light electric vehicle fleet solutions (vehicle, maintenance) to various last mile delivery actors: grocery, food, parcels as well as consumers. We design and develop vehicles, contract manufacture and deliver them to our customers across the globe, then we keep them on the road thanks to our maintenance service.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a well-rounded Quality Assurance Manager with the motivation to bring quality to Zoomo and build a department from scratch. In this role located in Zoomo HQ you will develop quality policies, processes and implement controls to bring quality in all aspects of Zoomo operations, from product development to operations including supply chain & manufacturing. Our ideal candidate bring a wealth of experience in assuring quality of hardware product development, supplier selection and audit, implementation of product quality controls, tight training of staff and compliance to various standards. We are looking for a true professional who breathes quality and is ready to roll-up her sleeves and lead Zoomo teams on the quality journey. A once in a lifetime opportunity.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create Zoomo quality policy and a roadmap to implement fundamental quality assurance processes

- Own Zoomo quality metrics, assure monitoring, reporting and implement improvement plans

- Manage both quality assurance and quality control functions at Zoomo (supply chain, manufacturing, maintenance)

- Implement the basics (doc & record controls, product specifications, quality controls, supplier audit,...) and progress with more advanced processes (statistical method, risk management, CAPA,...)

- Assess industry standards and select the most suitable level of compliance to aim for and assure training of Zoomo staff

- Build a comprehensive quality team assuring quality and control at all stage of Zoomo supply chain and operation

- Lead the creation of Zoomo quality standard

Requirements

- Engineering or science background preferred (BCC or Master)

- Experience in a relevant regulated industry like automotive, aeronautic, electronics, (med device).

- Experience in hardware product with in-house product development and manufacturing

- Proven track record of assuring quality of product across their entire lifecycle (design & development, service and obsolescence)

- Proven track record of maintaining compliance to standards such as ISO 9001, ISO TS, ISO 13485,...

- Around 6-10 years of experience in a quality function with at least 3 in with managerial responsibility

- Experience as a lead auditee and lead supplier auditor

- Experience in the micro-mobility highly regarded

- Mandarin speaker is ideal.
