General Summary: Anew seeks a dedicated Executive Administrator to join the team and participate in our success by providing administrative support to executives, assisting with some HR related responsibilities, provide administrative system support,  and help with a variety of other tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administration experience, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities and Competencies:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination, assist
  • HR with on and off boarding, become the system administrator for Kayak and Expensify.
  • Monitor publication and subscription expirations and renewals.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist with training as needed.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Provide Administrative support on Expensify and Kayak platforms.
  • Handle renewal discussion for corporate travel like Marriott, Westin, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Manage office supplies, office snacks, coffee and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Liaise with People and Culture team to support company engagement initiatives.

Required Education, Experience and Certification:

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably for senior executives.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in systems administration
