You know what setup of our PV solutions (PV inverters and LV/MV production substations) will satisfy customer needs, therefore, these here are your most important taks:   <ul><li>Expertise and continuous updating on Sungrow PV product solutions (string / central inverters, LV/MV production substations)</li><li>Technological consulting of customers and colleagues in the Account Management </li><li>Point of contact for technical questions in the context of the quotation preparation and 1st level technical costumer support.</li><li>Communication between HQ in China, EMEA Office in Germany and other EMEA Offices on the subject of product development, technical improvement and product changes</li><li>Evaluation of certification requirements and supervision of test- and certification processes</li><li>Technical documentation management</li><li>Customer visits across EMEA region</li><li>Frequent visits to the Chinese headquarter</li><li>Frequent benchmarking of our products against competition</li><li>Frequent monitoring of market development</li></ul> Your profile All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role?
