Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred

Work Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or bachelor's degree

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship building skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Ability to proactively ensure adherence to local, state and federal guidelines.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented, office and warehouse environment at our Muskegon facility.
