You will help maintain pilot equipment as well as implement process improvements.   </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">This role is expected to be hands-on, with a significant amount of time spent engaging in pilot operation and troubleshooting.  Successful candidates will be results-driven, ambitious, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.  </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:14.6667px;">This is a paid full time (40 hr/wk) in person position located in Somerville, MA. </span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities include:</h3><ul><li>Daily operation of equipment and testing in Sublime’s crushing/milling pilot system </li><li>Perform necessary pre-operation and end of shift activities to ensure proper equipment start-up and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.
