Job Brief

As an Executive Admin to the CTO & Technical Team, you will provide crucial organizational and time management support, enabling our CTO and the Technical Team to perform their work efficiently. In this role, you will work closely with the CTO, lab services team, operations team, and others to provide scheduling, tracking, external coordination, and a variety of other organizational and administrative tasks. 

What You Will Do

  • Manage the ever-changing schedule of Twelve’s CTO 
  • Organize agenda items, take notes, and track action items for recurring meetings 
  • Create and maintain organization / filing systems 
  • Monitor, track, and respond to correspondence as needed
  • Help prepare communications for internal and external meetings, events, and conferences
  • Assistance with travel arrangements and trip planning (conference, events, etc.)  
  • Small projects & other duties as needed

Who You Are

A stand-out candidate would show broad technical abilities, including but not limited to the following areas:

  • Associate’s degree in STEM, business management, nonprofit management or related field
  • 2+ years experience working in a large corporate environment or startup, as well as experience with non-profit or environmental organizations, is desirable
  • You have strong communication and team-building skills
  • You have exceptional time management, organizational, and process design skills
  • You are capable of thinking and planning strategically, while also keeping your eye on the crucial details and ensuring their execution
  • You learn and adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • You are proactive with a can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in
