Site Architect

· Responsible to lead the design team to enhance the "Design Excellence” through qualified project delivery.

· Provide technological input and supervise technical input by others within the Architectural discipline.

· Manage project support teams including input from architectural technologists where available.

· Review and approve all technical submittals from the Contractor.

· Supervise the presentation of plans to governing and permitting authorities for land use, zoning and permit approvals.

· Inspects and supervises the inspection of construction projects while in progress and upon completion for adherence to plans and specifications; advises contractors on the interpretation of plans and specifications; approves minor design changes in the course of construction; reviews contractors' requests for payment.

· Responsible for design development on site and make decisions inline with the project specifications and performance criteria.

· Coordinate with the wider site teams and respond to all Architectural RFIs and queries.

· Carry assignments to completion with considerable independence in accordance with project objectives, professional standards, and policies and procedures.
