Hitachi Energy Grid Integration Service is seeking a Service Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind customer support and project management, ensuring successful execution of Grid Integration projects. You'll work in a collaborative environment, addressing customer needs, managing costs, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns.

  • Take full ownership of customer-related issues, driving them to completion with internal and external teams.

  • Collaborate with Global Execution Centers to resolve site issues efficiently.

  • Be accessible outside of regular working hours for issue resolution.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to Hitachi Energy processes.

  • Ensure commitments to customers are met, in accordance with contracts.

  • Utilize negotiation skills to manage scope and change, pursuing additional revenue opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, Field Service, Project Engineering, or Customer Support.

  • Proven critical thinking skills to address and expedite issues in emergency situations.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration.

  • Knowledge of Project Management skills, including critical path and risk identification.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality results.
