Work to facilitate and nurture collaboration and communication with stakeholders. Is ultimately responsible for ushering execution and delivery of his/her pod's projects within scope, on schedule, and within budget (if applicable).  Responsible for removing any blocker the pod is experiencing to keep the project running smoothly.  Responsible for maintaining accurate project timelines and communicating out when any project plan changes are made.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Aid in the prioritization of work</li><li>Participate in steering, giving project updates</li><li>Generate reports</li><li>Unblock pods when issues arise</li><li>Create and maintain the roadmap for each of his/her projects, keeping start and end dates accurate</li><li>Coordinate project prioritization around the vision set by the product owners</li><li>Collaborate with the Product Owner(s) when there is a priority/timing conflict with project work.</li><li>Develop a Project Plan Document for each project and update the document as the project progresses.</li><li>Produce a weekly report of Project Health/Status for the Product Owners and Stakeholders.</li><li>Work on Team Availability Projections and Statistics for each pod</li><li>Track data on regression defects. This will be used to find the cause/source of defects. The PjM will use this data to offer solutions to mitigate the issues.</li><li>Be accountable for gatekeeping the project at each steps, ensuring all activities/artifacts have been satisfied before moving the team to the next phase of the project.</li><li>Deliver regular project status updates</li><li>Work with team to develop go live plans</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Position Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Four (4) or more years’ experience in IT Project Management.</li><li>Tremendous organizational skills</li><li>Tremendous verbal communication skills</li><li>Tremendous written communication skills</li><li>Exceptional business and technical communication skills required with an ability to conduct interviews and facilitate group discussions.</li><li>Experience working with Software SDLCs</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time</li><li>Ability to jump into a project at different stages and pull a project plan together and run the project</li><li>Experience with various software and project documentation</li><li>Experience running projects using JIRA and Confluence.</li><li>Commitment to excellence in customer service, product quality, and doing the “right thing” in a dynamic environment with multiple and rapidly changing priorities.</li><li>Understanding of various IT areas, a plus</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills required with experience in agile software development, a plus.</li><li>Understanding of testing and release management techniques and technologies required, a plus. </li></ul><p></p><p>If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!</p><p></p>
