Journeyman Electrician (Dallas-Fort Worth)

Base is looking for a Journeyman Electrician to diagnose and repair field issues, rework installs to pass inspections, train new install crews, and inspect installs for quality control for Base's battery fleet in Dallas-Fort Worth.
All in-field activities include:
- Installing home backup batteries.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing field failures.
- Inspection failure repairs.
- Onboarding and facilitating training of new installer crews.
- Meeting with inspectors and AHJs.
- Sit for inspections.
- Understand Base hardware, general electrical principles, NEC Codes.
- Respond to on-call duties for emergent electrical issues during nights and weekends on a scheduled, rotational basis.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience required.
- Residential Wireman or Journeyman.
- Experience with battery back up systems, EV Chargers, or whole home generators.
- Journeyman: $33/hr - $38/hr.
- Wireman: $25/hr - $32/hr.
