Provides essential support for the data management activities of the Quality organization. Collaborates with Engineering /CS teams and Information Technology.</p><p>What you will be doing</p><ul><li>Function as a resource to departments and process improvement teams in the areas of quality data management</li><li>Work with stakeholders throughout the Quality organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive product/process improvements</li><li>Work with cross functional teams to understand their needs and run query to support their analyses</li><li>Develop deep knowledge of the dataset and able to drill down and wide</li><li>Run SQL/R/Python queries on various databases to identify patterns and diagnose problems</li><li>Identify opportunities for automation, monitoring and visualization using automated tools</li></ul><p>Who you are and What you bring</p><ul><li>BE/B.Tech degree or higher in Engineering, or Computer Science</li><li>8+ year's experience in data science required</li><li>Expertise in programming/query languages such as Python (Matplotlib, Plotly libraries)/R/SQL</li><li>Design, develop and implement data-driven strategies and machine learning models</li><li>Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation</li><li>Expertise in delivering analysis results using custom made visualizations</li><li>Ability to interpret and summarize presentations for executives</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills required</li></ul><p> </p>
