Do you want to play a key role in the mobility and energy transition in Europe? Do you want to become a pioneer in the field of sustainable lithium production? Then join us and strengthen our team as a Rig Manager (m/f/d). You will take on a decisive role as head of our technical department ‘drilling rigs’. Your mission

  • Management of the technical staff in the maintenance and repair department 
  • Developing maintenance, servicing and repair strategies for drilling rigs and components to optimize and reduce downtimes and operating costs 
  • Monitoring and ensuring the regular inspection and acceptance of rigs and equipment in accordance with instructions 
  • Training and further education of technical staff
  • Planning and managing technical investment projects and retrofits
  • Preparing and managing the technical budget
Your profile
Hard skills:
- Electrotechnical training as an engineer and several years of professional experience on deep drilling or heavy 
   workover rigs in oil and gas exploration, geothermal energy or underground storage onshore / offshore 
- Alternatively: electrical engineering training as a technician/master craftsman combined with many years of 
  professional experience
- German, English language skills
- Driving licence class B
 
Soft skills:  
- Motivation, ability to work in a team, willingness to travel
- Interest in qualification and openness to innovative solutions
- High HSE competence
- Fitness for working at heights (desirable) We offer
