Your mission
As a (Senior) Partner Marketing Manager at IONITY, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing communications initiatives that drive value for and through our key partners, including automotive OEMs, on-site partners, B2B partners, and new brand partnerships. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders and partners to create compelling co-marketing campaigns, increase brand visibility, and strengthen IONITY’s market position.
This is a key individual contributor role for a partner marketing professional with a deep understanding of the Charge Point Operator (CPO) business and/or automotive industry and a proven track record of activating and leveraging strategic partnerships to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that enhance IONITY’s positioning in the European EV ecosystem and create measurable value.
  • Define and implement co-marketing programs with automotive OEMs, site partners, and B2B partners, ensuring brand alignment and mutual business impact.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns, content, and activations that showcase IONITY’s partnerships and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with business development, sales, and external partners to build joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Leverage data and market insights to measure the effectiveness of partner marketing activities and continuously refine strategies.
  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and execution of joint initiatives.
  • Manage marketing efforts around partner-driven events, sponsorships, and promotional activities, making sure IONITY is represented correctly.
  • Advocate for IONITY’s brand and mission, positioning us as a key player in sustainable mobility and ultra-fast EV charging.
Your profile
  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing within the Charge Point Operator (CPO) industry, automotive sector or related industries.
  • Proven experience in executing successful co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners, particularly within the automotive, energy, or mobility sectors.
  • Strong ability to develop and articulate joint value propositions that resonate with B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of collaborating across internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform partner marketing strategies and business decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
