Your mission

As the Senior Social Media & Content Manager you will lead our social presence, shaping and executing a high-impact content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role is perfect for a creative and data-driven professional who excels at storytelling, content creation, and knows its way through all modern digital platforms. . You’ll oversee our digital marketing presence , lead on social first campaign efforts, own two websites and our agency, support on influencer partnerships, and manage our content platform and production (B2B and B2C).

  • Develop and manage a compelling social media strategy aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals.

  • Set clear objectives for content performance, audience engagement, and platform growth.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, refining our social voice, tone, and visual identity.

  • Lead the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to execution.

  • Produce high-quality multimedia content (posts, stories, reels, and videos) tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Experiment with new formats and creative approaches to keep content fresh and engaging.

  • Build and nurture an active and engaged social media community.

  • Identify and amplify user-generated content to enhance brand credibility.

  • Develop and manage strategic influencer collaborations to expand brand reach.

  • Oversee influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation to execution and performance tracking.

  • Identify new creator opportunities that align with our brand values.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to refine strategy and stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.

Your profile
  • 5+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing.

  • Proven success in growing social channels and executing impactful campaigns.

  • Strong storytelling, content production, and copywriting skills with an eye for aesthetics.

  • Expertise in digital media analytics, performance tracking, and trend forecasting.

  • Any of the following is a huge plus: you can write german copy, edit and / or shoot social video, write SEO relevant text and implement on owned websites. 

  • A proactive, creative, and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passionate about food & beverage and deeply understands consumer behavior.

  • Fluency in German and English is required.
