This position will also oversee internal process audits (such as VDA 6.3), collaborate across functions to implement improvement measures, reduce risks, and maintain compliance with industry standards.）What You’ll Do <ul><li>Lead the preparation, execution, and follow-up work of customer factory audits to ensure full compliance with customer requirements.</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison for the client audit team, coordinating with internal departments to gather the necessary documents and data.</li><li>Before the customer audit, conduct risk identification and self-assessment to proactively address potential non-conformity issues.</li><li>Develop and track action plans to address audit findings and ensure timely resolution of high-risk escalation issues as needed.</li><li>Maintain audit documents and provide real-time updates on audit progress and compliance risks to leadership.</li><li>Develop, plan and execute internal process audits according to industry standards</li><li>(e.g.VDA 6.3, IATF 16949).</li><li>Develop an audit checklist and conduct a process audit of the production line to assess whether it meets the quality system requirements.</li><li>Record audit results, generate reports, and conduct root cause analysis on identified non-compliances.</li><li>Lead the implementation of corrective and preventive measures, ensure a closed-loop solution process, and regularly follow up.</li><li>Organize and display audit performance data through visual reports, and track continuous improvement efforts.</li></ul>What You’ll Bring <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Material Sciences</li></ul><ul><li>3+ years’ experience on customer quality management, with experience in the automotive, power battery, or energy storage battery industry preferred.</li><li>Have a deep understanding of VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer audit requirements.</li><li>Experience leading internal and external audits, including risk assessment and compliance tracking.</li><li>Proficient in audit documentation, data collection, and reporting.</li><li>Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate across departments.</li></ul>The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000- $120,000, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location.
