We are currently looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT who will be excited about solving customer problems.  

Main duties/responsibilities: 

• Prepare Sales Orders 

• Process invoices and purchase orders 

• Create new forms/excel trackers 

• Inventory updates 

• Respond to customer inquiries by emails and/or phone calls 

• Weekly Vendor and Customers follow-ups 

• Customer Satisfaction (Quick responses to our clients and suppliers) 

• Assisting with Quality and Warranty tasks, such as RMAs 

• Deal with our customers of the North American market 

• Any related tasks, as discussed with your supervisor. 

Core Competencies: 

• Bilingual (reading and writing) 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Navision an asset 

• Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Jira or similar) 

• Proficiency in ticketing/help desk systems (Freshdesk, Zendesk or similar) 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (365 Suite an asset)
