Senior Manager, Product Management

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Management leader for Ulula’s product portfolio. In this role, you will run product strategy and integrated problem solving to create exceptional value for our growing purpose-driven organization while leading the integration of Ulula’s product with the broader EcoVadis suite.  You will be responsible for partnering closely with other teams to understand their pain points, to define requirements and work with Ecovadis teams on integrated roadmaps to achieve the best-in-class stakeholder engagement technologies. 

The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director - Ulula.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our B2B SaaS offerings.

• Apply human-centered design principles to develop user-friendly and customer-centric products.

• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

• Manage post-merger product integration and ensure smooth transition and alignment with company objectives.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Implementation, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality products.

• Utilize product analytics tools to monitor product performance and derive insights.

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Manager, Designers, Analyst and Engineers. Develop career paths and programs tailored to individual team member professional development.
