We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with a strong technical background and exceptional communication abilities to drive the implementation of advanced technology solutions across RambollAre you an experienced Solution Architect with a proven track record of designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions that drive business success, you might be the perfect fit for our team.WHAT YOU WILL DO<ul><li>Collaborate closely with our innovative digitalization teams, advising them on future-proof solution designs</li><li>Define technology architecture for large engagements involving cluster of technologies and act as a design authority for the engagement</li><li>Perform technical feasibility and impact analysis and select software architecture or solution</li><li>Work closely with our IT security, infrastructure and the other IT departments to ensure compliance and alignment</li><li>Review designs and assist in creating guidelines for external collaborators and suppliers</li><li>Be accountable for driving solution evaluation and selection decisions, buy vs build decisions, and proof of concepts which contribute to the business case</li><li>Manage stakeholders and their expectations, advising them on the right solutions in correspondence with the business strategic objectives and technology strategy</li><li>Build strong internal or external stakeholders relationships managing expectations at all levels</li><li>Support us staying relevant by regularly evaluating existing and upcoming architecture patterns, best practices and emerging technology</li><li>Contribute to our enterprise architecture strategy, underlying strategic initiatives and roadmap</li></ul>You will help shape this role and we value your ideas on how to make it a success.HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED IN YOUR ROLE<ul><li>You must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience of architecting solutions</li><li>You must have 10+ years of experience working professionally with a technical background, preferably as a senior developer</li><li>You have a proven track record in architecting and managing implementations of applications/systems in large scale</li></ul><ul><li>You have a deep knowledge of design patterns and architecture principles</li><li>You possess strong ability to influence across business and IT</li><li>You have broad experience of cloud platforms preferably Azure and GCP</li><li>You have deep understanding of AI technologies and services</li><li>You possess experience working in DevSecOps</li><li>You possess experience working in agile methodology and product development</li><li>You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>You are empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations</li><li>You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues to learn through knowledge sharing</li><li>You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office</li></ul>We encourage you to apply even if your profile does not meet all the requirements for the role.
