To further expand our Medical Device Testing business we are looking for a strongly motivated colleague to join our dynamic International Sales Team. Responsibilities:

Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with top-tier clients in the medical device industry, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop tailored solutions for key accounts by leveraging services across all laboratories in Europe.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell testing services, including biocompatibility, sterilization, regulatory compliance, and packaging testing.


Sales Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of sales professionals in Germany to achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Set clear individual and team KPIs, monitoring performance and providing coaching as needed.
  • Drive collaboration within the European sales team to create a unified approach to cross-border clients.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and pipeline reviews to track progress and ensure alignment with business goals.


Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and EBITA targets for Germany and Europe.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create proposals and deliver tailored presentations.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and build relationships.
     

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure the proper usage and alignment of the CRM system within the team, tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions.
  • Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
  • Coordinate closely with laboratory teams to ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction.
