About the Role
As part of our Urban Design team, you will support the conceptual design and planning of projects, conduct site analysis, and assist in the development of master plans and design strategies. You will gain valuable insights into zoning regulations, urban guidelines, and innovative design solutions that contribute to sustainable and livable communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support conceptual urban design, planning work, and site analysis for a variety of projects.
- Learn about developing master plans, development briefs, and urban design strategies.
- Conduct research-based tasks and ensure quality output aligns with company standards.
- Analyze zoning regulations, urban design guidelines, and local regulatory frameworks.
- Research applicable urban design typologies and discuss their relevance with senior designers.
- Contribute to maintaining digital and physical archives of urban design resources.
- Collaborate with peers to conduct comprehensive site reviews and project assessments.
- Develop and represent innovative design solutions through digital tools and visualization techniques.
- Facilitate internal workshops and prepare summary reports of outcomes.
- Graphically communicate ideas, concepts, and sequential design narratives effectively.
