You will act as an interface between customer service teams, sales engineers and our internal experts from R&amp;D, Project &amp; Product Management, and provide support to customers and sales engineers on the best use of our products. Together with the team you provide support for software development and release teams ensuring that testing and development environments are used efficiently. You also manage deployment environments and support testing activities. About the role<ul><li>Develop, build, test and integrate Landis+Gyr software solutions into our industrial customers’ critical infrastructure, both on-premise and cloud based (Google)</li><li>Be responsible for providing high quality customer service through close collaboration with other internal stakeholders (product management, R&amp;D, project delivery team, etc.)</li><li>Resolve known and unknown problems with the best ability, focus on root-cause analysis to resolve a problem, and escalate to more senior members of the team as appropriate</li><li>Provide information regarding customer incident toR&amp;D to be able to initiate problem resolution</li><li>Use remote access systems for investigation and troubleshooting on customer consent</li><li>Propose workarounds, technical notes and knowledge articles</li></ul> About you<ul><li>You possess a technical degree/education, e.g. Technician, BSc or equivalent. </li><li>You have at least 4 years’ experience working on the software engineering or technical services and support, and desirably in the Build Management / Release Management / Extensions Development / SW Solutions implementation in Customer environment.</li><li>In addition, you have experience in working with at least some of following technologies and scripting languages: Gitlab, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Shell Scripting, .NET or SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL).</li><li>The knowledge of working with DevOps in Cloud would be an added value.</li><li>You are analytical and a service oriented, and you have problem solving skills.</li><li>It is important that you have ability to learn and adapt new things easily.
