Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Investment Teasers, Information Memorandums, and other supporting documents for financing processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models in Excel.
  • Manage and review Due Diligence processes and Q&A processes.
  • Participate in the structuring of financing transactions (e.g., Corporate, LBO, Real Estate).
  • Assist in the negotiation of financing documents (e.g., Term Sheets, Loan Agreements, etc.).
  • Engage directly with debt investors, including amongst others, banks and institutional investors.
  • Support the origination of new financing opportunities.
  • Manage and develop relationships with clients, lenders, lawyers, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

Role Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in debt advisory or leveraged finance.
  • Previous experience in a credit-related environment.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with an in-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and cash flows.
  • Experience with complex loan documentation and financing structures.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
