5+ years of payroll and HR experience with relevant experience leading payroll projects and teams
Strong working knowledge of payroll regulations and policies for Mexico
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines timely and accurately.
Strong verbal and written skills to handle clients and different stakeholders and payroll team.
Advance knowledge of payroll software solutions and managing technology and external payroll providers.
Experience implementing new payroll departments and industry-recognized payroll solution.
English skills of 90% (oral, written & comprehension)
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Strong Customer service orientation, proactive, working with minimal supervision and results oriented.
Comfortable in a fast pace and highly automated environment and ability to drive continuous process improvements.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
