The equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.</li><li>At least 5 years of Supply Management or related experience including conducting RFPs, negotiating pricing and contracts, managing supplier relationship, quality, KPIs etc.</li><li>Experience performing economic evaluation for the procurement of equipment and construction services.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain methodologies, models, practices and procedures.</li><li>Working knowledge of the Global Market for Electrical Equipment and Materials with proven record negotiating contracts with Global OEMs in an international environment.</li><li>Experience in Transmission Projects, Electricity Generation projects, and Electricity Transmission Projects.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Skills / Abilities<ul><li>Excellent communications skills and ability to communicate complex technical and commercial information (oral, written, and presentation) effectively and efficiently to help drive top management review and decision-making.</li><li>Proficient in Excel for Economic Evaluation, scenario analysis, data simplification and pattern identification; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to understand and interpret advanced technical specifications.</li><li>Strategic orientation with excellent analytical, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to take ownership and lead responsibilities across cross-functional teams with limited guidance.
