We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Office Administrator to oversee and manage our general affairs and office related administrative tasks for our AFRY Bangkok office. Your scope of work will include the following:

  • Oversee office facilities and maintenance to ensure a well-functioning and productive work environment.
  • Manage office lease agreements, renovations, office improvements and workspace allocation.
  • Manage company assets and equipment
  • Source and procure equipment, office supplies, and manage vendors and contractors such as cleaning services
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and security regulations including access control and workplace safety.
  • Supervise daily administration support, scheduling and office management to align with business needs.
  • Supervise company drivers and manage company vehicles
  • Maintain office facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Manage front desk staff and telephone operations
  • Liaise with landlord/real estate agent/building management
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
