<p>AECOM are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planning/Cost Engineer to join our team in Al Ain. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, cost estimation, and control for large-scale construction and engineering projects.</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced project management software</li><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects at various stages of development</li><li>Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance</li><li>Analyze project costs and variances, providing regular reports to management</li><li>Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation and improve efficiency</li><li>Perform earned value analysis and forecast project performance</li><li>Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to ensure alignment between plans and actual progress</li><li>Develop and maintain cost databases and historical records for future reference</li></ul>
