  • Microbiology degree: Bachelor's with 3-5 years of industry experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
  • Hands on experience with the below skills/microbiological techniques:
    • Pipetting skills
    • Aseptic technique
    • Plate streaking 
    • Bacterial or mammalian cell culture 
    • Bacterial isolation / identification 
    • Experience with pathogens
    • Environmental monitoring
    • Sterility testing
    • Diagnostics experience 
  • Virology and tissue culture experience is a plus
  • GMP/GLP Experience is preferred, but not required
