We are now looking for a 

 

HR Manager (part-time, 3 days a week, 60% FTE) 

 

to join our team.

 

The location for this position is on site in Hattem and Kampen. 

 

What you will be doing 

 

You will be the dedicated HR Manager for our businesses in Hattem and Kampen, ensuring that all local HR matters are handled professionally and efficiently. Your focus will be on fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders, maintaining a high level of engagement, and continuously enhancing HR processes to align with business needs.

 

You thrive in a complex global matrix organization and feel confident navigating a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across People Services and our broader HR organization, including the People Support Hub, Talent Acquisition, and Business HR.

 

This position reports to the Head of Local HR Operations in the Netherlands.

As HR Manager your role will focus on:

 

  • Act as a local people partner by advising line managers in employment related matters and support employee wellbeing.
  • Advice and guide managers around local labour law and applicable legislation. 
  • Navigate change initiatives that are having effect on local level, including organizational redesigns, change management, planning, and employee communication. Support line manager in change management approach.
  • Support roll-out of (global) HR policies.
  • Increasing employee engagement through role modelling a culture of fairness and inclusion. 
  • Support in local people practices including the care for local benefits, employee handbook, health and wellbeing.
  • Continuously improve in all areas of (local) HR delivery.
  • Provide support in the development of local and regional HR projects/initiatives.


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Advisor or HR Manager.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Dutch labor laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in a complex multinational organization is preferred, ideally in a technology-driven company.
  • Fluent in Dutch (native level) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) Metalektro is an advantage.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.

 

The role will report into the Head of HR function and you work closely with HR managers on our other locations in the Netherlands as well as collaborate closely with our HR community worldwide.
