Job Description

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for operational fleet management - from vehicle management to procurement and delivery
- You will obtain and evaluate leasing offers and check invoices for accuracy
- You will ensure compliance with legal requirements and look after the drivers
- You support travel management, e.g. in applying for credit cards, creating reports and company-wide communication
- You will work closely with internal customers, specialist departments and external service providers in Germany and abroad
- You actively shape processes and identify optimization potential in the areas of interfaces, cost management and environmental compatibility
- You maintain and document all relevant data in the systems used
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the mobility sector, or a comparable qualification with at least three years of professional experience
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, initiative and a friendly, confident manner
- You are service-oriented, work independently and have a pragmatic hands-on mentality
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- You speak and write fluent German and English
