A day in the life
We are looking for a skilled  Senior Systems Engineer - Infrastructure to join our team. This role focuses on managing enterprise infrastructure, with an emphasis on Office 365 administration, mobile device management (MDM) with Intune, software deployment, and DevOps tooling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a Tier 3 support role, enjoy working directly with users (including executive support), and contribute to process automation and DevOps initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administer and optimize Microsoft Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM) solutions to ensure secure and efficient endpoint deployment.
  • Handle software packaging, deployment, and version control across enterprise environments.
  • Provide Tier 3 infrastructure support, resolving escalated issues related to Office 365, identity management, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support GitHub and DevOps pipelines, assisting with automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure management.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining Azure AD, SSO, and authentication services to ensure seamless user access.
  • Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) to automate administrative tasks and improve system efficiency.
  • Work directly with end users, including executives, to provide high-touch technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with industry regulations and governance policies.
  • Support and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, VPN configurations, and cloud service integrations.

Building blocks for success
Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, with expertise in Office 365, Azure AD, and endpoint management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, mobile device management (MDM), and application deployment.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD automation.
  • Strong scripting ability with PowerShell, Bash, or Python for process automation.
  • Experience providing Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting infrastructure-related is-sues.
  • Ability to work directly with executives and high-profile users, offering professional and effective support.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and cloud-based identity management.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools, such as Terraform or Cloud-Formation, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., SOX) and enterprise security policies is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools in DevOps environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to infrastructure improvements.


Hiring Salary Range of: $94,000- $148,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
