We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for the leadership of orders management,  providing superior &amp; efficient order management services from order acquisition and processing &amp; shipping documentation generation.Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints</li><li>Provide support to the customers through the timely and proactive  resolution of incidents (delays, postponements)</li><li>Ensure follow-up and closure of high priority issues with large strategic customers</li><li>Handle orders received and organize workflow to meet customer timeframes</li><li>Make availability analyses  against customer requests and negotiation with master planner  for lead time</li><li>Coordination with Shipping &amp; Warehouse Department to plan shipments based on volumes, payments, credit and/or other requirements</li><li>Sending to customers shipping docs + ship details (tracking, awb, etc)</li><li>Performs escalation activities as well as handle claims on shipment discrepancies or damages (receipt and first evaluation with logistic team)</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent</li><li>2+ years of professional on similar position</li><li>Leading people will be an asset</li><li>Experience working with integrated ERP systems</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English – must have</li><li>Second language would be an advantage</li><li>Knowledge or different terms of payments terms and being able to cover all related steps</li><li>Knowledge of INCOTERMS and export regulations , i.e VAT implications</li></ul>#LI-HybridJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
