Excellent attendance is crucial for team to achieve success. They must have the ability to work with various teams in a fast-paced stamping environment. They will also be required to work with EHS, engineering, quality, and suppliers in various aspects of the overall process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within Company and outside.</p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Execute and document all preventive maintenance (PM) activities on assigned equipment</li><li>Knowledge of robots, conveyors, tooling troubleshooting abilities, along with various other types of manufacturing equipment</li><li>Knowledge of Hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and other related theories, and concepts to allow for proper troubleshooting and problem analysis of their environment</li><li>Welding, milling, and pipefitting knowledge</li><li>Preform preventive maintenance on all types of equipment large and small</li><li>Ability to read and understand Engineered drawings, schematics, SOP/BOM, and related material as well as follow exact instruction</li><li>Support for all departments as required to maintain and sustain production needs</li><li>Establish or adjust work schedules to meet production requirements</li><li>Understand and enforce process compliance throughout the process areas scope of operations</li><li>Ensures an adequate on-hand spare parts inventory or lead-time system in place to support</li><li>Continuous improvement of equipment to ensure maximum output</li><li>Generate proper reports, RCA, and associated corrective measures on all incidents to proactively decrease the potential of future failures</li><li>Works closely with all facets of the production group to provide technical expertise or assistance</li><li>Enforce and follow all Safety rules and regulations</li><li>Professional, informative, and responsive communication to customers</li><li>Be proficient in general office PC programs and equipment monitoring systems</li></ul><p><strong>You Bring:               </strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required</li><li>You have a have a valid US driver's license and a clean driving record (DMV record will be obtained)</li><li>Journeyman card/trade school certificate preferred</li><li>Experience in Stamping Press line and/or complex manufacturing preferred</li><li>5+ years equipment maintenance experience</li><li>5+ years of machine repair, mechanical troubleshooting and pipefitting knowledge required</li><li>There is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), and perform other similar actions during the workday</li><li>Ability to work flexible schedule, overtime, weekends, when necessary</li><li>Experience in Stamping Press line and/or complex manufacturing preferred</li><li>Operation and maintenance of process equipment in various shops</li></ul><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
