Quality Management Intern (m/f/d)

Short Description
As part of the quality management team, you will work centrally with the various departments and actively contribute to the quality of our processes by advancing the documentation.

• Support in the implementation and further development of our quality management systems (ISO 9001)
• Participation in the creation and updating of process documentation and work instructions
• Carrying out internal audits and quality improvement analyses
• Support in the analysis of error causes and development of measures for process optimization
• Preparation of reports and evaluations on quality-relevant key figures
• Collaboration in projects to improve product and process quality
• Working closely with other departments to coordinate quality-related topics
• Supporting the processing of internal or external complaints in collaboration with external specialists

Your profile

• Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, quality management or a comparable course of study
• Interest in quality management, process optimization and continuous improvement
• Initial experience with quality management systems (e.g. through study projects or previous internships) an advantage
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ery good written and spoken German and English skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
