Take the next step in your career with us! Position Specific DescriptionThe Director of NERC Compliance is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) standards and requirements within the NextEra Energy Power Generation organization. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the reliability and security of the bulk electric system (BES) by implementing, monitoring, and improving compliance programs and practices.
