Job Title: Principal System Integration and Compliance Engineer
Job Summary: We are looking for a Principal Engineer to lead the integration of power conversion products into renewable energy systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving innovation for seamless grid integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the system level design and integration and protection strategies for power conversion products in renewable energy systems, ensuring reliable and safe grid integration.
- Ensure energy products meet industry compliance standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., IEC, IEEE, UL).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex integration challenges
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting continuous innovation and system improvements.
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience in power systems integration and renewable energy
- In-depth knowledge of power conversion technologies, grid standards, and protection systems
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale projects and teams, with expertise in system safety and protection.
Salary applicable to California: $200,000-$250,000
