Your responsibilities:

• Electromagnetic calculation & designs to meet all requirements for functionality, performance, reliability, serviceability, cost, and manufacturability of instrument transformer products.

• You will lead project execution and complete technical documentation.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete electrical, mechanical, simulation, prototyping, and testing.

• You will provide punctual technical support to factories, salespeople, and customers.

• You will demonstrate engineering skills in methodical design and test.

• You will demonstrate ability to solve complex technical and process problems.

Your background:

• Master's or upper degree in Electric Engineering or related.

•  ≥ 3 years of Instrument Transformer product design or R&D experience

• Familiar with 2D and 3D mechanical design tools and capable of 3D modeling tools, such as Auto CAD, ProE, CATIA, UG, and SOLIDWORKS.

• Familiar with FEA knowledge, product quality, and production process control of instrument transformers.

• Strong team leadership and teamwork with cross-functional communications and influential skills.

• Familiar with the PLM system.

• Good project management skills are preferred.

• Self-motivated, energized, and results-oriented.

• Creative thinking with demonstrated analytical skills and structured work approach.

• Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments.

• Willingness to travel.

• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
