The Process Technician provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in processes, in aspects such as: cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality and safety in accordance with operational and production processes.

• Creates process documentation including work instructions visual aids and route sheets for samples and capture lessons learned for transfer to production process and equipment design.
• Assists on advanced quality planning  documentation as needed
• Assists in the qualification of new production equipment.
•Contributes to the analysis of deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems
• Maintains the design of the processes to optimize the processes and facilitate their use, in accordance with the provisions of the standard operating procedures and good production practices                                                                                                                                                                                                        • Participates in improvement projects.
•Participates on product analysis on defective material to find root cause of the problem.
