If you are customer focused, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team, then we may have a role for as a Service and Rental Coordinator at our Mt Isa branch.
Your new role
- Support our customers via phone and email
- Build and maintain long term relationships with customers
- Maintain and regularly update work registers and compliance registers.
- Effectively schedule and monitor workflow tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Generate and report on backlogs, as well as completed work tasks, to track progress.
- Input purchase orders into the system
- Distribution of mail and updating all noticeboards with KPI statistics
- Process quotations, billing, invoicing and reporting
- Monitor and record stock delivery lead times
- Receive and expedite parts and goods receipting
- Process stock transfers
- Complete daily administrative tasks independently
About you
- Customer service/sales support capacity
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed computer skills microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Ability to maintain a neat and well organised work environment
